Participants will learn how to implement the three phases of the ALP process: goal setting, progress monitoring, and reflection to support gifted learners.
Attendees will identify how students, teachers, and families collaboratively contribute to developing meaningful, culturally responsive ALPs that drive growth and achievement.
Participants will explore strategies to ensure ALPs are implemented intentionally and effectively, aligning goals with student strengths and needs to support personalized gifted programming.
