Learning Objectives:
Participants will leave the session with an example of our district's administrator training pathways, as well as a template to plan out their own version of training pathways based on what is essential at their local campus or district.
Participants will have a clear understanding of what national and state gifted education strands would be best to include in such trainings to serve as justification for their own version of a professional learning pathway.
