Ford's Bloom-Banks Matrix is described for creating/designing lesson plans that are rigorous and relevant. Banks's four levels on multicultural infusion are described, followed by the Bloom-Banks Matrix - 24 cells and four color quadrants. This matrix can be taught and shared with your teachers to create stronger curriculum for classrooms.
