Short Description: Come learn how elementary students in Detroit are being challenged in new and exciting ways through STEM after school. Gain practical insights and tools for inclusive, culturally responsive STEM learning as a mechanism for talent development. This presentation will share how a more inclusive STEM educational landscape came to fruition and 5 challenging activities/lessons used to engage learners.
