Short Description: Academic stress is changing the dynamics of school and the culture of learning for gifted students. In this session, participants will learn about student, parent, teacher, administrator, and counselor perspectives on competitive school culture and its connection to gifted high school students' sense of well-being, as well as strategies and suggestions for supporting gifted students in this environment.

Understand the experience of being a gifted adolescent in a competitive school environment from the perspective of students, parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators.
