Learning Objectives:
Educators will learn strategies to create spaces that empower girls of color by amplifying their voices, celebrating their strengths, and fostering sisterhood.
Participants will explore how intentional programming helps Black and Latina girls build leadership skills, self-confidence, and a sense of purpose through culturally responsive activities and mentorship.
Attendees will understand the impact of representation and mentorship in helping students embrace their identities, advocate for themselves and others, and develop pathways to leadership success.
