Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will explain how reasoning and discourse frameworks can be used as a guide for questioning.
  • Participants will connect question stems to specific standards of reasoning to inform their use of higher-level thinking in classroom discussions.
  • Participants will apply an evidence-informed framework and create questions that promote advanced level learning.
