Learning Objectives:
Participants will analyze and implement specific strategies to build psychological safety in gifted collaborative settings, demonstrated through creating an action plan with at least three immediate classroom applications.
Participants will evaluate and select appropriate social-emotional support tools for managing perfectionism and peer relations in gifted group work, with differentiation strategies for twice-exceptional learners.
Participants will design structured collaborative experiences using both frameworks that include specific protocols for emotional intelligence development, peer feedback, and student self-reflection.
