Short Description: 'INgenioUS' is an innovative student-led podcasting initiative, empowering learners' roles as transformative change agents through dialogue to engage social, and emotional support. This creative broadcasting endeavor challenged gifted students to examine social affect perplexity, such as navigating perfectionism and fostering greater self-awareness through a restorative approach to introspection. This session provides insights into the impact of a student team's journey.

Learning Objectives:
Attendees will learn how four engaging pre-podcast project opportunities and their alignment with the Digital Learning Standards provide a launchpad for a transformative student-led podcast opportunity.
Attendees will gain strategies to facilitate learning through the Growth Mindset Theory, and a Transformational Giftedness framework, navigating a critical intersection between an appropriately rigorous curriculum and flexible learning pathways.
Additionally, participants will explore how student-led initiatives and their alignment with the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) standards, (a set of seven guidelines) promote student voice and agency.
