The Discovery unit provides an opportunity for students to strengthen critical and creative thinking by tackling challenges through the unique lenses of different disciplines.
Learning Objectives:
Students will explore how different disciplines interpret and interact with the world by engaging in weekly challenges that encourage them to think like professionals in various fields, such as mathematicians, kinesiologists, artists, and more.
Through creative, hands-on activities, students will examine how each discipline interacts with their world.
This series of lessons will help broaden their understanding of diverse disciplines while fostering curiosity, collaboration, and a sense of fun in the learning process.
