Attendees will explore several hands-on spatial reasoning games for students in grades 3 - 5 to see how they promote critical thinking and spatial reasoning skills.
Learning Objectives:
Students will use critical thinking skills and apply problem solving strategies to solve various puzzles. Through trial and error, students will sharpen visual acuity though game practice.
They will experience productive struggle which will develop perseverance and grit.
Through strong visual modeling of the game, students with various language abilities will be able to non-verbally demonstrate understanding.
