Dr. Kristina Henry Collins is a research psychologist, educational consultant, and visiting associate professor at Texas State University. She is founder and principal of the Education Network Alliance (eDNA) and the Collins' eDNA Institute. Formerly, she served as the inaugural Halbert and Nancy Robinson Endowed Executive Director of the University of Washington’s Robinson Center for Young Scholars, with affiliate faculty appointments in the College of Education at UW Seattle and Tacoma.
With over 30 years of experience across K–12, higher education, and community settings, Dr. Collins is nationally recognized for her leadership in multicultural gifted education, identity and talent development, and equity in STEM and accelerated learning. She frequently presents and consults for conferences, school districts, and statewide initiatives.
A past president of SENG and former NAGC Board member, she has also chaired the Awards Committee for the NAGC Special Populations Network and served on diversity committees for both NAGC and CEC. Her honors include NAGC’s 2021 Early Leader Award, SPN’s 2020 Early Career Award, the Bridges 2e “Person to Watch” Award, and GAGC’s Mary Frasier Equity and Excellence Award.
