Tara “Ginny Culpepper, a 25-year public education veteran and lifelong learner, spent seventeen years as a classroom teacher, teaching grades 4 - 11 in all core subject areas. She also spent seven years in the role of Assistant Principal at both the elementary and middle levels. Currently, she is the Twice Exceptional Learning Development Specialist within the Department of Exceptional Learning for Chesapeake Public Schools, supporting special education case managers who teach students who are both academically gifted and receive special education services. Mrs. Culpepper is currently working on her doctorate in Educational Psychology at Regent University.
