She is certified to teach Pre-K to 6th Grade and holds a Reading Endorsement, ESOL Certificate, and Gifted Endorsement. She is currently the Elementary Grant Coordinator for the Federal Javist Grant, Project GLIMPSE, a partnership between the University of Central Florida and the School District of Osceola County, FL. As well as, sits on the Board of Directors of Da Vinci Academy, a Mirco School for the Gifted and Talented in Williamsburg, VA.
