Scott Wolodkin hails from Wheeling, WV where he was born and raised, developing a passion for music and theater early in life, which led him to pursue a degree in Music Education from West Liberty University in 1990 and then gifted validation from Ohio University.
Scott began his career in Steubenville City Schools as an elementary music teacher PK-5 and created the elemenntary music enrichment program servicing six elementary schools in grades 3-4-5. Scott is currently the Fine Arts Department Chair for the district as well as High School Choral Director, Drama Club and Thespian advisor and is in his 35th year of teaching in the Steubenville City Schools District.
Over his career, Scott has worked to promote the arts in the district starting with the music enrichment program and the extracurricular theater program Scott is a member of the Educational Theater Association and National Association for Music Education.
Scott currently resides in Weirton, WV and In his spare time enjoys reading, travel, theater, beach vacations and is always eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
