Ryan Kaiser is a staff developer at the Lincoln Intermediate Unit in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. In addition to supporting teachers and administrators with professional development in this role, he is the gifted education liaison for the school districts in Franklin, Adams, and York county of Pennsylvania. Prior to working for the intermediate unit, he was an elementary teacher, having taught all grades K-4 and working with gifted and high achieving students.
