Tina Moore, M.Ed., is an organizational consultant and founder of Le Butterfly EFX. She joyfully retired after thirty years of service in public education. Her recent role as the Executive Director of Gifted and Talented and Advanced Academics in the Dallas Fort Worth area has created equitable pathways for advanced learners. As a fierce thought leader and mentor, she has forged partnerships with fellow advocates at the district and state level that impact student service systems, programming and practices. Tina Moore has been celebrated by the communities she served such as Administrator of the Year and current Board member of the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented. The highest honor is the recognition of her dedication to partnering with former students and fellow educators to build new family legacies and communities.
