With over 15 years of experience in youth & teen programming, Courtney began her career traveling in the cruise industry, creating interactive and inclusive activities for the fleet and engaging with youth across countries and cultures. She has since worked in the nonprofit sector, where she continued her professional passion for service leadership, growing programs, and building relationships with the community. Currently, Courtney is the Academic Events & Gifted Coordinator for the Allegheny Intermediate Unit and Remake Learning Days Manager, SWPA, where she produces large-scale workshops, events, and competitions for students of all ages and supports with the coordination of a weeks-long family festival of hands-on learning. Deeply passionate about supporting young people to make change through service learning, she has facilitated over 10 youth leadership conferences with Point Park University, and is thrilled to bring her experience and passion for youth voice, education, and community building to NAGC25.
