Lauren Almlof is a passionate educator and certified yoga instructor who brings over two decades of experience in special education and gifted support. She teaches at Bucks County Technical High School in Pennsylvania, where she created and now facilitates programming for non-traditional gifted learners, blending academic rigor with social-emotional and real-world learning.

With training in trauma-informed practices and mindfulness-based education, Lauren integrates yoga and SEL to help students and the educators who serve them access calm, focus, and resilience. She believes in the transformative power of movement and breath to support neurodiverse learners, and regularly leads workshops for both teens and adults that center wellness, equity, and self-awareness.

Lauren is a board member of the Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education (PAGE) and a frequent presenter at regional and state conferences. As a foster parent and advocate for vulnerable youth, she brings a grounded, compassionate approach to both her teaching and her yoga practice.
