Jessica LaFollette is the Chair of NAGC’s Parent, Family and Community Network and serves on the NAGC Convention Committee. She is also the Past President of the Kansas Association for the Gifted, Talented and Creative and current Chair of Professional Learning. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in education from Emporia State University and her PhD from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. She teaches gifted students at Piper Middle School in Kansas City, KS and is the chair of the special education department there. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri where she teaches online graduate courses in gifted education.
