Using quotes from notable figures, SWBAT think critically in both ELA and various content areas as they explore an array of topics.
Learning Objectives:
This lesson is intended to promote reading analysis, critical thinking and connections between content areas while presenting new knowledge allowing students to see and experience the interconnectedness of all content areas.
Students will also improve in logical and written communication skills.
Ultimately, students will be able to incorporate previous quotes in ttext-to-text connections as they draw from their library of documented quotes.
