Ghadeer Alashouri, a second-year Ph.D. student in Gifted Education at Purdue University, aims to investigate "Fostering Giftedness through Cultural Enrichment: Exploring Innovative Approaches" in her research. With a background in educational leadership (M.Ed.) and experience as a teacher and coordinator in Jordan, Ghadeer seeks to uncover innovative methods to nurture giftedness in culturally enriched learning environments. Her research agenda aims to contribute to the field of gifted education by providing evidence-based strategies for educators and policymakers to foster giftedness in culturally diverse populations.
