Liz Barrios is Co-Founder and Program Director at Aikumby Center for Giftedness and Creativity, and Professor of Economics at the National University of Asuncion, Paraguay. Her academic and professional background combines economics, public policy, mathematical talent development, and innovation strategies. She is actively involved in research and project leadership related to gifted education and talent development in Latin America. Through Aikumby, she co-leads nationally and internationally recognized initiatives that promote early identification, educational inclusion, and development of gifted students. Her work contributes to shaping public policy and fostering a more inclusive and talent-oriented education system in Paraguay.
