Hi! I’m Kayla Dickerson, a Gifted Resource Teacher with Montgomery County Public Schools in Virginia. I work with students and teachers to create engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that challenge advanced learners and spark curiosity. I’m passionate about integrating Depth and Complexity, critical thinking, and project-based learning into everyday instruction. I also lead professional development sessions focused on making gifted strategies accessible and practical for all educators.
