Cheryl Franklin-Rohr is the Gifted Education Regional Consultant for San Luis Valley BOCES in southern Colorado. She was a part of the Twice-Exceptional Consultant for Colorado Department of Education for ten years. Cheryl is the Past-President of the Colorado Association for Gifted and Talented (CAGT). She received her Masters Degree in Gifted and Talented from University of Northern Colorado in 1986 and completed her Special Education Administrative Licensure at UNC in 2011.
