Amy Wogman is the Assistant Director of Staff Experiences at the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY). In this role, she collaborates with Human Resources, the Student Life and Curriculum committees, and the Health and Wellness team to enhance the program experience across all Academic Programs modalities. Amy brings a broad range of experience to her work, having worked as a Dean of Residential Life and Academic Dean at various CTY summer sites, as well as a middle and high school English teacher and school counselor. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering positive, inclusive, and developmentally supportive environments that empower both students and staff. She earned a BA in English and Creative Writing from Susquehanna University, an MS in School Counseling from the University of the Southwest, and an EdD with a specialization in Mind, Brain, and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University.
