Renata Muniz Prado is a professor in the Department of School and Developmental Psychology at the University of Brasília, Brazil. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Development and Education and was a visiting scholar at Florida State University during her doctoral studies. She coordinates national teacher training programs through federal initiatives that promote inclusive and talent-focused education across Brazil. Her research interests are on gifted education, talent development, family dynamics, and career guidance.
