Dr. Lisa Smith (Ridgley), has a PhD in Educational Psychology with concentrations in Research Methods and Statistics and Gifted Studies from Ball State University. She is currently the Director of Research and Evaluation at the Jacobs Institute for Innovation in Education at the University of San Diego. Her work combines a passion for using learning theory and rigorous research in creating and evaluating innovative learning opportunities that allow students to realize their potential.
