Come learn how his recent investigations of the field’s journals and its research on teacher preparation inform how we might improve the field’s research quality.

Attendees will come away from this talk with an understanding of some of the limitations of our existing research base in gifted education. They will learn where to begin in implementing some recommended practices drawn from the open science movement and based on examination of the scholarly literature in the field.
