Todd Kettler, Ph.D., is Executive Director of Baylor TIP and the Center for Gifted Education and Talent Develoment. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology in the School of Education at Baylor University. He teaches courses in gifted education and talent development, creativity, and individual differences. Dr. Kettler is the Primary Investigator of the Creativity, Innovation, and Talent Development Lab in the Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development at Baylor University. In 2025, he co-edited the Oxford Handbook Creativity and Education (Oxford University Press) and the Handbook of Secondary Gifted Education (3rd edition; Routledge).
