Dr. Rachelle Miller is an Associate Professor in the College of Education at the University of Central Arkansas, bringing over 20 years of experience in education. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Purdue University and specializes in gifted education, teacher preparation, classroom assessment, and research methodology. Dr. Miller's research interests include gifted education, culturally responsive teaching, and arts integration. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has presented her work at both national and international conferences. In addition to her research and teaching, Dr. Miller supports teachers pursuing their gifted education certificates and is committed to mentoring teacher interns and preparing future educators through innovative instructional strategies and practical classroom experiences.
