Katie Schabilion, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in the University of Iowa Belin-Blank Center Assessment and Counseling Clinic. Katie provides assessment and therapy services to high ability and twice-exceptional students, consults with schools regarding provision of appropriate supports, and is involved in research in the area of twice-exceptionality. As a school psychologist, Katie recognizes the importance of increasing awareness and understanding of high ability and 2e students among teachers and administrators, and strives to advocate for students and families to promote access to essential supports.
