Aysil Agaya is a doctoral student in the gifted education program at Hacettepe University in Turkey, and completed her bachelor and masters degrees in psychological counseling. She is a research assistant in gifted education at Gazi University in Turkey, and is currently a visiting scholar supporting research initiatives at Baylor University at the Baylor Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development and with the Baylor Talent Identification Program (Baylor TIP). Aysil’s research interests focus on the social-emotional development of gifted students.
