Dr. Jonathan Klingeman, Director of Gifted and Talented Programs in the School District of Philadelphia, has spent the last decade in gifted education. His research focuses on gifted universal screening and marginalized populations. Formerly the Director of MTSS in State College, PA, he oversaw interventions and supports, as well as gifted programs. He teaches at St. Francis University and serves as a board member of the Pennsylvania Association of Gifted Education (PAGE).
