Lin Lim, Ph.D., is a developmental psychologist, educator, and executive leader whose work bridges academic research, practical innovation, and lived experience. She holds a doctorate in Human Development Psychology, specializing in attitudes and behavior through a dynamic systems lens, and an Executive MBA focused on ethical leadership, technology management, and marketing. She is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coach. Dr. Lim is a lifelong learner with additional graduate certificates in Brain-Targeted Teaching from Johns Hopkins University and Twice-Exceptional Education from Bridges Graduate School. Her interdisciplinary work centers on strengths-based, human-centered approaches to learning, wellbeing, and cognitive diversity across the lifespan. A published author and sought-after speaker, she has contributed to fields spanning education, parenting, early childhood development, and Asian American identity. She served as Past President of SENG (Supporting Emotional Needs of the Gifted), where she developed the SENGawares framework to guide lifelong success for gifted and twice-exceptional learners. She has held faculty and leadership roles at Bridges Graduate School and now leads two mission-driven initiatives: the nonprofit Quark Collaboration Institute and a stealth-mode startup focused on ethical, human-centered technology for family and personal growth.
