Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Purdue University, specializing in Gifted, Creative, and Talented Studies, I am deeply passionate about advancing research and practice in the field of education. I also serve as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Indonesia, and a practicing psychologist at Apshara Talent Development Center (Apshara.co), where I support talent development through evidence-based approaches. My research spans giftedness and creativity, student social-emotional development and well-being, and program evaluation. With a commitment to shaping future generations, I strive to be both a rigorous researcher and a dedicated mentor to emerging scholars and professionals in education.
