Beatrice Ruiz Buentello is an Assistant Professor of Mixed Methods in the Department of Teaching and Learning at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she teaches research methods at the graduate level. Dr. Buentello's research interests focuses on creative achievement, creative education, and gifted education. She earned her Doctorate in Educational Psychology at Baylor University, where she also served as the research coordinator for Baylor's Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development.
