Short Description: Gifted students have exceptional abilities, but their emotional development can bring unique challenges. Sensitivity, perfectionism, and self-doubt can make it hard for them to thrive. This session provides parents and educators practical strategies to support gifted students’ emotional well-being and build resilience.

Learning Objectives:

Affirming Emotional Experiences & Building Resilience: Participants will explore proactive strategies for affirming students' emotional experiences and equipping them with tools for resilience and self-awareness.
Developing Emotional Regulation Skills: Participants will gain practical techniques to help gifted students manage intense emotions, handle setbacks, and build self-acceptance.
Strengthening Support Systems: Participants will identify strategies for fostering strong relationships and creating environments that nurture gifted learners' intellectual and emotional well-being.
